Poster Abstract Submission for EWOC 2022

• The 2022 EWOC Conference will be held in hybrid format on June 23-24, 2022.
• The VIRTUAL POSTER SESSION will be on Thurs, June 23, 4:30–5:30pm EST.
• The IN-PERSON POSTER SESSION will be on Fri, June 24, 5:00-6:30pm EST.
• You may indicate your preference for the virtual or in-person poster session in the abstract submission form.
• Poster Abstracts are due by 11:59 pm on Monday, May 9, 2022.

Please note that this is a 2-step submission: You must fill out a submission form, and  you must submit a pdf of your abstract. The link for the form and the email address for submission are given below. (Download a copy of these instructions.)

• Each presenter may only submit one poster abstract.
• The number of posters is limited for both virtual and in-person poster sessions.
• Abstract acceptances will be emailed by Wednesday, May 18, 2022. You will also be provided with more information about poster preparation at that time (poster size, etc).
• If your abstract is accepted, make sure you register for EWOC by May 27, 2022 or your poster will be withdrawn.

VIRTUAL POSTER SESSION: Each poster presenter will be assigned a Zoom meeting room for synchronous presentations.

To submit an abstract for the EWOC 2022 poster session:

• Fill out the form at https://forms.gle/XUofgeanJ7r47DtX6.
• Prepare your poster abstract using this template. Your abstract must fit within 1 page. (See an example here.)
  1. If there is only one institutional affiliation, you do not need to use the notes symbols (^†, ^‡).
  2. You are welcome to include references in the footnotes.
  3. You are encouraged to include a representative scheme. Color may be included.
• Save your abstract as a pdf. Name your pdf as LASTNAME-FIRSTNAME-EWOC-[VIRTUAL IF APPLICABLE].pdf
• Email your abstract in pdf format to EWOC_20.54v3ztdqxuiqp3bh@u.box.com by 11:59pm on Monday, May 9, 2022.
• You will be notified by Wednesday, May 18, 2022, if your abstract has been accepted.
• You must be registered for EWOC 2022 to present your poster. If you have not registered by June 1, 2022, your poster abstract will be withdrawn.
