We are excited to continue our mission of empowerment along with promoting networking, community, and amazing science!

EWOC 2023 will take place on Thursday and Friday, June 22 and 23, 2023, at Amgen in Thousand Oaks, CA

Day 1 – Thursday, June 22, 2023, will be fully virtual
Day 2 – Friday, June 23, 2023, will be hybrid with on-site and live streaming

Registration Fees (excludes organizing committee, speakers, workshop and networking session leaders, and local volunteers)

  • Students/Postdocs/Trainees = $5 for Virtual Only; $20 for Hybrid
  • All others = $25 for Virtual Only; $75 for Hybrid
  • Anyone may opt to register at no cost for Both Days Virtual Only if paying the fee causes a hardship

*Because of space limitations and Amgen corporate policy, we need those who are attending in person on Friday, June 23, to give us their first and second preferences for the 12:30-1:30 time slot. We will do our best to match you with your first or second choice. The Career Panel is the default option if all spaces are filled. You will be advised beforehand or at registration of your assignment.
