We are excited to continue our mission of empowerment along with promoting networking, community, and amazing science!
EWOC is dedicated to equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion. We strive to provide a harassment-free experience for everyone. All communication should be professional.
EWOC 2024 will take place on Thursday and Friday, June 20 and 21, at Merck in Rahway NJ
- Day 1 – Thursday, June 20, 2024, will be virtual (New this year: we are offering optional viewing space for the meet our sponsors sessions at the Watt Hotel in Rahway NJ, near Merck)
- Day 2 – Friday, June 21, 2024, will be hybrid with on-site and live streaming from Merck

Registration Fees are:
Students/Postdocs/Trainees = $5 for Virtual Only; $20 for Hybrid
All others = $25 for Virtual Only; $75 for Hybrid
Anyone may opt to register at no cost for Both Days/Virtual Only, if paying the fee causes a hardship
